Hey! How are you?
I hope you’ve had a great summer, I can’t believe it’s October already!
A couple of week’s ago I had a fabulous time with this lovely lot of ‘On Broadway’®️ Dance Fitness licensees from around the UK (who you can see in the pic above).
We spent two days working on ourselves, our mindset, business strategies and systems, marketing, choreography and teaching techniques! Phew! Feeling very grateful and proud to have such an amazing group of fabulous entrepreneurs as ambassadors of my brand who enable more ladies around the UK to experience what our unique dance fitness classes have to offer!
Surround yourself only with those who make you feel GOOD!
Today’s theme is focusing on surrounding yourself with people who make you feel good! Did you know that you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with?? This is something that motivational speaker and American entrepreneur Jim Rohn said which has stuck with me over the last few years!
Questions to ask yourself
Do the people you spend your time with make you feel good?
Do they inspire you?
Do they motivate you?
Do they support you?
Do they make you feel happy and energised after spending time with them?
If you answered ‘yes’ to the above then you’re most likely surrounded by the positive people you need in your life. Of course, what each individual values in a friend differs so the questions you might want to ask yourself about a person might be different. Either way, write down the qualities of the people you spend the most time with. Would you say they have a positive impact on your life? If not, try and avoid spending as much time with those people. After all, you are the average of the five people you spend the most time with!
Have a fabulous week whatever you are doing and try and spend it with people who make you feel good about yourself and give you good energy. Avoid what I like to call the ‘energy vampires’ in your life!!
